SIMIA is a private company limited by shares. It has a non-executive Board of Directors made up of ex-partners in firms of solicitors that insured with SIMIA some of whom remain as consultants at their firms. The day-to-day management of the company is delegated to SIMIA Management Company, which is part of the Thomas Miller group.
